Each diffuser is made to last approximately 1 month (30 days) of use, with up to 600 uses per diffuser. We recommend purchasing a 3 or 5 pack or purchasing our Starter Kit and Complete Set to make it more affordable.

Our all natural formula contains absolutely no nicotine. Extensive studies have shown that there are no negative long term effects from ingesting caffeine, melatonin and Vitamin B-12 in small quantities, unlike nicotine, which is both harmful and addictive.
